IIFA is 45kms north east of Delhi in Modinagar, a destination town for educational excellence.

IIFA was established by Satish and Abha Modi in the year 2000 at a time when the Indian art market was just reaching critical mass in terms of appreciation and sales and yet effective public education in the arts was missing.

The Institute offers degree courses in Fine Art, including Fashion & Apparel Design, Textile Design & Applied Art. These degrees are affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut for accreditation.

The Institute is also providing a two year diploma and one year certificate in the art forms covered by degree level as well as Photography and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Graphics and 3D Animation.

375 students a year from across Modinagar and NCR of Delhi are educated here with many going on into real and sustained careers in the fine arts, culture and the creative industries.
